Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The 9 was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though spacious and well-appointed, had a hiccup with room allocation that left me frustrated. However, The Vault experience was a hidden gem. The service was engaging and welcoming, but the pricing felt a bit steep. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Cleveland, though with some room for improvement. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the Sicilian pastries were a delightful touch.
My stay at The 9 was a disappointment. Despite the room being initially unavailable, it turned out it was given to someone else who just arrived. The temperature in the room was chilly but had a large sitting area with a 'fireplace'. The service was intrusive, with staff making unnecessary remarks and even approaching us at our car for our bags. The location, although convenient, felt small and lacked counter space. Dining was a hassle, but eventually resolved. This will be my first and last visit to this downtown Cleveland hotel.
Our stay at the hotel was overall comfortable and convenient, but with some drawbacks. The double queen suite we booked was spacious for our family of four, but lacked the Japanese soaking tub and double shower we expected. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff, but there were moments of loud remarks that were off-putting. The location was excellent for exploring Cleveland attractions but had some minor design quirks. The dining experience had some hiccups concerning breakfast but was ultimately satisfactory.
